Watch George Hurst Testify at the Washington Senate Housing Committee

I testified in Olympia about the Manufactured/Mobile Home Landlord Tenant Act. This Act provides protections for Manufactured Home Owners, they own their homes but rent the land the house sits on. During the past few years space rent and fees have been increasing 25% or 40% and even 100%. The Washington State Legislature is actively researching what can be done to protect seniors and low-income residents on fixed incomes.
